The delivery time of goods delivered to your hands will be different. Generally, the delivery time will be about 7 working days after you place the order and pay successfully.
(2) in case of any abnormality caused by Shanghai customs inspection sampling, holidays or other force majeure (such as maintenance of customs system, flight delay, earthquake, ice disaster, traffic accident, etc.), the delivery time of orders will be affected.
(3) please ensure the accuracy of the identity information and the receiving address, postal code, telephone number, email address and other information in the order, so that the goods can be cleared in time and sent out accurately;
(4) in principle, once the global purchase of cross-border bonded goods is placed, the order cannot be cancelled. In case of failure in customs clearance and inspection and other special circumstances, the global purchase will cancel the order and arrange a refund;

For the goods delivered directly by such manufacturers, generally, the manufacturer and the customer shall contact to confirm the delivery time and deliver the goods to the door. The customer and the customer shall do a good job in the acceptance and signing of the goods. For the debugging and installation of household appliances, additional technical and installation personnel shall provide the door-to-door service separately, and the invoice shall be sent separately or delivered at the same time. When customers receive goods or installation services, they should pay attention to leaving the contact number of the manufacturer (or the installation service provider of the manufacturer), and directly contact and implement the problems in general (confirm the specific direct delivery of goods in various formats).
