Self service

Self delivery service is a new delivery method provided by Sunda for customers, which is convenient for customers to arrange the right time to pick up the goods.

1. At present, the points raised by shanglianda are only limited to its own commodities, and the commodities of affiliated merchants are not supported.

2. Customers can choose malls, standard supermarkets, express facilities, shopping centers and other designated stores under Sunda, and express facilities and shopping centers do not support fresh (frozen and refrigerated food) self delivery temporarily.

3. The service time of the store is from Monday to Sunday, 9:00-21:00 (subject to the business hours of the respective store). Some stores adopt the self-service pick-up counter mode. Please pick up or consult the service desk of the store according to the relevant operation guidelines.

4. If the customer purchases the goods and chooses the delivery method of "online ordering store pick up", the freight is equal to the self operated normal temperature / fresh freight rules of the whole station, and the time limit for the order to arrive at the store is equal to the ordinary order (online ordering and online delivery).

5. The self delivery order is only available for online payment, and does not support payment on delivery (cash or credit card is paid when the self delivery point picks up the goods).

6. The customer shall provide the mobile phone number and verification code to the store with the received SMS, and only after passing the verification can the ordered goods be picked up.

7. If the customer fails to pick up the normal temperature goods within 120 hours after receiving the SMS, it shall be deemed as the customer's rejection and the order will be cancelled automatically. If the fresh goods are not picked up within 36 hours, it shall be deemed that the customer has picked up the goods (the transaction is successful), and the goods shall be reported for loss immediately.

If the customer fails to pick up the goods on time due to objective circumstances, please contact Omni channel customer service within 24 hours after placing the order, and omni channel customer service will assist you in handling.

8. For the time being, Lianda does not support the return business, transfer to other self delivery points or transfer to other distribution methods.

Note: fresh food refers to the primary products sold without deep processing such as cooking and production, which only need to keep fresh and simply put on the shelves, as well as the on-site processed products such as bread and cooked food.

Fresh goods have the same characteristics and preservation conditions, which need to be kept fresh, refrigerated and frozen; they are bulk goods and need to be sold by weighing and barcode; they have a short shelf life; at the same time, they have a great correlation in consumption habits.

At present, fresh products mainly include fruits, vegetables, meat, aquatic products, dry goods and daily food, cooked food and pastry.

Common problem

1. What goods can't be brought by yourself?

At present, we do not support joint venture, electric power, and some oversized products.

2. Can I change the self delivery point or the delivery method after placing an order?

After the order status has been issued, it is not supported to transfer to other self picking points or other delivery methods.

3. Why can't self withdrawing be selected during settlement?

You may not be able to provide self-service in the following circumstances:

*The goods you purchased are not supported to be provided by us temporarily, and the delivery method supported in the following list shall prevail;

*There are many goods in your shopping cart, exceeding the maximum order weight, volume and amount supported by the self delivery point;

*The delivery address you choose has no self delivery service;

4. If any problem is found during self delivery inspection, can it be returned on the spot? How to deal with it?

At present, the store does not provide on-the-spot return service at the self pick-up point of shanglianda. If you find any problem, please call Omni channel customer service;

5. What vouchers need to be provided for self delivery?

You need to provide the verification code, the name of the consignee and the reserved mobile number. In order to protect your rights and interests, please ensure that the name used at the time of order is consistent with your ID card name.
