I. General rules for return and exchange

Shanglianda promises that all commodities can enjoy the national joint insurance service of the manufacturer or the joint insurance service of the designated service provider with the invoice. The merchants will perform the obligation of exchanging and returning the commodities in strict accordance with the national three guarantees policy, the consumer rights and interests protection law and the return and exchange policy. This return and exchange policy is divided into two parts: General rules and detailed rules. The general rules are the general rules for return and exchange of shanglianda, which are applicable to all categories of commodities sold by shanglianda's self operated merchants and shanglianda's settled merchants. Due to the different characteristics of each category of goods, there are differences in the implementation of the return and exchange rules. Please refer to the return and exchange rules of specific categories.

2.1. Return and exchange time criteria:

The return policy starts from the next day the customer receives the goods.

2.1.1. Orders delivered by shanglianda or self provided by customers: subject to the next day when customers actually sign for the goods;

2.1.2. For orders not delivered by Lianda, the next day after the actual receiving date shown on the third party logistics platform shall prevail. If the third party logistics platform fails to display the actual arrival date, the next day after the delivery area, distance and other factors and the customer's manual confirmation of the actual arrival date shall prevail;

2.2. Distribution and sign in standards:

2.2.1. When the customer receives the goods, if there is no need to install them, please make sure to check whether there is any damage, leakage, breakage and other appearance damage caused by the transportation process, or the original parts are missing, invoices and other accessories are missing. If the customer finds the above situation, please choose to reject it, and contact the customer service of the merchants or merchants at the first time; for the goods to be installed, please contact the customer service after the installation workers come to the door. Open the box and check the machine. Do not open the box before the installation workers come to the door after the goods are signed. There will be some differences in some cities. Please check the machines and receive the goods according to the guidance of logistics workers.

2.2.2. When delivering goods, the customer shall open the case with the delivery personnel to inspect the machine (product appearance). If the product has appearance defects and lacks accessories after opening the case, the customer is recommended to directly reject it. In case of appearance damage or missing parts after receipt, the customer shall provide relevant materials to prove that this process may affect the return and exchange procedures of the customer;

2.2.3. If the goods are signed and received by the customer or other individuals authorized by the customer, it shall be deemed that the customer has confirmed the goods are in good condition at the time of receipt;

2.2.4. If the receiving address or consignee information filled in by the buyer is inaccurate, resulting in the goods being signed, please contact the receiver for handling;

2.2.5. It is recommended to properly keep the outer packaging, accessories and gifts of the goods for at least 15 days;

2.2.6 for self operated commodities of shanglianda, shanglianda shall provide return and exchange services for customers, return the returned commodities to the corresponding after-sales processing center of the original warehouse, and the after-sales processing center shall return and exchange the commodities;

2.2.7 the merchant shall provide return and exchange services for the goods of the merchants settled in by shanglianda;

2.3. Return freight standard:

2.3.1. For the return and exchange of goods caused by the quality of the goods or the reason of shanglianda, shanglianda shall bear all the freight within 15 days (including) from the day after receiving the goods, and the customer shall bear the freight between the goods and shanglianda within 15 days;

2.3.2 if the goods purchased by the customer in shanglianda are returned or exchanged due to personal reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the goods to and from shanglianda;

2.3.3. The freight standard is as follows: (if more than one item can be returned and exchanged at one time, it can be packed in one box, and the weight and volume do not exceed the first weight standard of the express, it shall be charged according to one piece fee, and the excess part shall be subject to the express courier's quotation.)

2.4. Return requirements and precautions:

2.4.1. The basic process of return and exchange is to view or consult the customer's return and exchange conditions and policies, fill in the return and exchange application online and upload the physical photos for review. After passing the audit, the customer service personnel and other relevant personnel shall determine the time of pick-up, or the logistics personnel shall contact the customer within the specified time, or the customer shall send it back by himself.

Note: for goods requiring inspection report, the inspection report must be uploaded at the same time of submitting the return and exchange application, otherwise the application cannot be reviewed.

2.4.2. When returning or exchanging goods, please be sure to return the order number, order details, accessories, gifts (if any), warranty card, instruction manual, invoice (small ticket for some goods, such as cross-border goods), inspection report (for goods that need to be returned or exchanged with inspection report), etc. of the goods together with the goods.

Friendly tip: it is suggested that the outer package of the product should be kept for 15 days from the next day of receiving the goods, and the original outer package of the goods should be attached when returning and exchanging the goods.

2.4.3. For some 3C / home appliances after-sales returns, please refer to the brand after-sales rules.

2.4.4. Return or replacement is not allowed under the following circumstances:

1) any goods sold by merchants other than BDI or BDI (verified by invoice or batch management system to verify the serial number);

2) goods that exceed the return and exchange period of 15 days and do not meet the three guarantees return and exchange conditions;

3) quality problems caused by unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, liquid intake, accident, modification, self installation, or tearing up, altering labels, machine serial numbers and anti-counterfeiting marks;

4) it is unable to provide three guarantee vouchers such as invoice and warranty card of goods or the information of three guarantee vouchers is inconsistent with the goods and is altered;

5) clearly state the goods that do not support return at the time of purchase;

6) those who use the goods beyond the requirements of checking and confirming the quality and function of the goods, resulting in the devaluation of the value of the goods (non quality reasons, no obvious color difference in size and color are not quality reasons);

7) household textiles, clothing, shoes and hats have stains, perspiration, peculiar smell or have been washed and the tag has been removed, which affects the secondary sales;

8) the description of goods returned and exchanged is inconsistent with the actual goods;
