Cancel order refund

You can contact our customer service to communicate the cancellation of the problem order.

1. After the order is cancelled successfully, the coupon payment part will be returned in real time according to the following conditions (coupon return may be slightly delayed, please wait for a while)

If the order is not split, the system will automatically return the corresponding coupons after the order is cancelled; if the order is split, the system will automatically return the corresponding coupons after canceling all the sub orders using coupons.

2. The part of online payment will be returned to your original payment account after the refund is approved.

Refund of return order

If you return the goods according to the order, we will judge the refund method according to the payment method of your original order.

1. Non cod payment: refund will be returned to the original channel.

2. Payment upon delivery: please provide the customer service personnel with the bank card information to receive the refund when applying for return. We will return the payment upon delivery to the designated bank card.

Refund of rejected orders

If the goods you purchased support the rejection operation, we need to complete the normal warehousing operation after you directly reject the goods. After completion, we will return your payment to the original channel.
