Shanglianda provides you with the service of accepting return and exchange goods online. You only need to log in your personal account and submit the application information online in the page.

If your order needs to be returned, you can contact our customer service by phone or online, or you can submit an application through the "after sales entrance" on the official website.

Return Policy 

1. The return and exchange application submitted by you will be preliminarily reviewed by customer service, and the approved application will be arranged to pick up the goods on site or sent back;

2. After the goods are returned, our company will arrange professionals to inspect the returned and exchanged goods. For the goods conforming to the return and exchange policy, the refund or exchange will be handled after the goods are recovered.

Refund instruction

If the goods are returned, the refund will be returned in the payment method of the original order. For the order of cash on delivery, bank transfer refund can be selected.

It will take a certain time for the refund to arrive at the account, and the bank transfer will vary according to the arrival period of inter-bank transfer between different banks (you will be informed by SMS after the refund is successful).

Matters needing attention

1. For orders supporting on-site return: when returning goods for you, please return the required returned goods (if there are gifts in the order), and return the invoice to the logistics pickup personnel.

2. For orders that are not for on-site return service, please send the goods that need to be returned (if there are gifts in the order, they need to be returned together) and invoices back to the designated address, and we will deal with them for you as soon as possible.

3. If you do not communicate with our company for confirmation, send the goods directly back to the delivery address. Our company does not bear the responsibility of storage, re delivery and refund. If necessary, our company has the right to dispose of the detained goods. Please pay attention.
